Cancellations & Refunds Policy

At Cartly Basket, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Below is our policy regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds.


πŸ›‘ Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, as long as it has not been processed or shipped.

  • To request a cancellation, please email us at support@cartlybasket.in or WhatsApp us at [Your Contact Number] with your order ID.

  • Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


πŸ”„ Returns & Replacements

We currently accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong product.

  • The product was damaged or defective on arrival.

In such cases:

  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos/videos showing the issue at support@cartlybasket.in.

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable) or guide you for return shipping.

  • Once we receive and verify the product, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit.

Note: Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags intact.


πŸ’Έ Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued in case we’re unable to fulfill your replacement or in cases of order cancellation before dispatch.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI/bank transfer.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Products marked as Final Sale, Personalized, or Hygiene-related items are not eligible for returns.

  • Please check the product description for return eligibility before purchase.
