Cancellations & Refunds Policy

At Cartly Basket, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Below is our policy regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds.
π Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, as long as it has not been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please email us at support@cartlybasket.in or WhatsApp us at [Your Contact Number] with your order ID.

Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
π Returns & Replacements
We currently accept returns only in the following cases:

You received a wrong product.

The product was damaged or defective on arrival.
In such cases:

You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos/videos showing the issue at support@cartlybasket.in.

We will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable) or guide you for return shipping.

Once we receive and verify the product, weβll issue a replacement or store credit.
Note: Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags intact.
πΈ Refunds

Refunds are only issued in case weβre unable to fulfill your replacement or in cases of order cancellation before dispatch.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5β7 working days after approval.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI/bank transfer.
β Non-Returnable Items

Products marked as Final Sale, Personalized, or Hygiene-related items are not eligible for returns.
